I love the friendlyness of the person who I spoke on the phone with and the person who delivered the items. They were availbale last minute and the equipment is sturdy and safe.

This our second year renting from Mr. Moonbounce for our community picnic and the service has always been great. The flexibility to communicate via phone, email, and even text truly exceeded expectations. Your attendants have always been great, very attentive, and gave parents the sense of security needed to feel comfortable allowing their children to participate. We'll definitely be using them again next year.

David was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had ordered a outdoor jumper but with snow still covering the ground, I opted for an indoor jumper to place under the pavilion where the party was being held. David spoke with me several times the week before the party and was able to email me the dimensions of both the indoor and outdoor jumpers so I was able to make an informed decision of which one would work best.
